Damaged or incorrect items: Return within 3 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we verify the return.

Sale/discounted items: May be non-refundable (will be specified on product page).

Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
